This Privacy Policy explains what information Iconogenic ("we", "us"), operated by Katja de Bruijn, collects when you use Pattern Fiesta™ (the "Tool"), and how we use it. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your Etsy order number. When you unlock the Tool, you enter the order number from your Etsy purchase. We use it to confirm that you have a valid, paid order for this product in our records, and to activate your license.
- License and usage records. We store a record tied to your order number: your license status, its expiry date, and how many exports you have used. This lets the Tool enforce your access allowance (for example, 3,000 exports).
- Images you upload. Uploaded images are processed entirely in your browser to generate your mockup. They are never sent to or stored on our servers, and they are cleared as soon as you close or reload the page.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the service running.
What we do not collect
We do not require your name, email address, or password to use the Tool. We do not receive your payment details — your payment is handled entirely by Etsy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
How we confirm your order
To verify your purchase, we check your order number against our own records of paid orders from our Etsy shop. We use only the information needed to confirm your order and activate your license. We do not access orders from any shop other than our own.
How your information is stored
License records are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We keep them for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping.
Your choices
You can request that we delete your license record by contacting us at [email protected]. We will delete it by hand. Note that deleting an active license will end your access to the Tool.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
