Pattern Fiesta™ — Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you ("you") and Iconogenic ("we", "us"), operated by Katja de Bruijn. By unlocking or using Pattern Fiesta™ (the "Tool"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

1. What you're getting

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Tool according to the allowance shown at purchase (for example, a 365-day Pro Pass with 3,000 scene exports). The license is tied to your Etsy order and is for your use only.

2. Access and verification

We confirm your purchase by checking your Etsy order number against our own records of paid orders from our Etsy shop. You agree to enter accurate order information. We provision access after confirming your order; please allow up to 24 hours, though it is usually faster.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your license code, resell or redistribute access, attempt to bypass the verification or usage limits, or use the Tool in any unlawful way. Misuse of any kind may result in access being suspended or revoked without refund.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the patterns and images you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you upload. The mockups you generate are yours to use for your own commercial and personal projects.

5. Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms for your purchase are governed by our Etsy shop policies and Etsy's own policies, since your purchase was made on Etsy.

6. Service availability and disclaimer

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY ICONOGENIC (KATJA DE BRUIJN) (THE "APPLICATION DEVELOPER"). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

The Tool is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it available and working, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tool. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
